Circuits Class
Come and join us, to train your brain, have some fun and improve your fitness at the same time! The class is a dynamic PD Warrior type class and an assessment is required before joining to assess suitablility.

Class now now run by Katy Saunders on Tuesday morning 9:30 to 10:30 or 10:35 to 1135. There is also a neuro exercise class on Friday morning face to face or via zoom.
