We continue to meet at 2pm on the fourth Tuesday of each month at Tubbs Hall, Kings Worthy SO23 7PJ


23rd SeptemberHealth & Independent Living - Fiona Macintosh will discuss Meals on Wheels support, with samples provided


28th OctoberBlue Lamp Trust - Learn about security, including cyber safety for your computer


25th November:   we will have a presentation by Carl Beech. Carle invented the "BeechBand" device which is worn on the wrist to provide a gentle rhythmic vibration to help retrain the brain to feel at ease, providing a calming effect during movement, communication and daily tasks.

Please send me any questions you would like to ask Carle, so we can have them ready for him.
