Flowerdown Care Home at 50 Harestock Road, Winchester is holding a Parkinson's event on Wednesday 22nd April 2:30 - 3:30. Alec Ralf of ASR Sports Therapy will be giving a talk on therapies for those with Parkinson's disease. Refreshments will be provided by the Care Home. Two new items for this month
People in Winchester with Parkinson’s are invited to take part in a free "Boxing for Parkinson’s" taster session at Winchester Boxing Club in Bar End on Friday, April 24.
The non-contact session is organised by Parkinson’s UK in partnership with the club and is open to all abilities. The club is at 7 Barfield Close, Winchester SO23 9SQ.

Chrissie Elworthy and Melissa Clegg from the Neuro Speech Clinic will give a presentation on Speech Therapy
April 28th
Sacha Welsh from Citizens Advice will give general advice on benefits , entitlements etc
May 26th
Hants and IOW air ambulance Graham Meech will be presenting
June 23rd
Cream tea at Brambridge Garden Centre - please reply to this email by the end of May if you would like to join, and let us know if you have any allergies.

July 22nd - Visit to Down House Garden, cake and tea will be served
August - Outside visit - any suggestions?
